Okay, you can download the eBook for free Thursday the 15th and Friday the 16th.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GMWT9TI/ref=as_li_tf_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B00GMWT9TI&linkCode=as2&tag=lovcosricsty-20

After you read it (or before, for that matter!), if you can find it in your conscience to rate it 4 stars or above, I would appreciate it. Also a review would be appreciated. 20+ words is required.

Thanks. You can go here to get apps to read Kindle books on your PC or assorted phones and ipads, etc.

I read a sample. Not a page turner.

To each his own.

I thought it was pretty good. I actually found the gringo stories the most fascinating. I can see myself living there someday and I sure dont want to end up like Bret. :P

Well it's not great literature, but a really fun read. I enjoyed it a lot. Very honest and you showed some empathy towards the girls. That was nice, and may be lost on this audience. But well done, thanks for posting the link.

You don't want it to be a page-turner--that works against introspection and thinking about what he's saying. I can recommend some bodice-rippers if you really want...

It's not a novel and definitely not an action-high-tech-thriller-suspense book. A movie version definitely wouldn't interest Bruce Willis.

But maybe I'm missing a chance for a best seller here... what if I have a space ship full of horny aliens land in the Key Largo parking lot and... don't want to give too much away, so I'll stop there. Stay tuned,

Thanks for allowing the free download.
You empathy for the working girls comes through and also your good sense to know that you cannot find love here but lots of "warmhearted fu**ing" as D.H. Lawerence said.
Interesting that your base was mostly The New York Bar and not the usual gringo hangouts like Sportsman Lodge and Del Rey even though you were at Key Largo a lot. Not much massage parlor action too.
I will review the book on Amazon since you took the trouble to write your experiences for us.

Thanks Isra, I really appreciate anyone who'll do a review. I hung out more at the NY Bar because of budgetary constraints (I can't afford $100) and although I did and do visit MPs, not much happens in the way of stories in a half hour wham bam. At least it hasn't for me.
