I understand CRT was sold or changed hands. Now Tee ka land has sprung up. Is tee ka land ran by the former owner of CRT. The site and format are almost identical.

The underlying program/system here and most generally used by message boards is phpBB--that may account for the similarities--content and particular set up (what Forums are called, etc.) differ greatly, depending on what the System Admin wants.
