http://crsurfcam.com/ I post this surf cam every 6 months or so, shows the boys stuck up north or those playing in SJ what the Central Pacific is like at the moment. It is actually at Playa Hermosa, a popular surfer beach, which you probably know is just south of Jaco, and provided for by one of the better hotels there--you will get their info from the link--Surf Inn. Below is another link but I think it is to the same web cam, though from another good hotel. Sometimes one link is working and the other not. http://www.mareabravacostarica.com/webcam.html For the new guys who have not been to CR, it's dark outside from roughly 6 pm to 6 am. Regardless, the first link will give surfer dudes numerous recent surfer action still shots. |

Some friends of mine built Marea Bravea, then La Vista. Had a key and free condo for years. Not a beginner break but a lot of fun. Surfed it for years. |
