Hey,

First off, Happy Holidays to all CRT Gents.

I currently have a situation in which I fedex'ed some gifts to San Jose, and they have been sitting in customs in San Jose for almost a week! Since, I usually take my gifts with me, this is the first time I've encountered the issues with sending packages. I was told I needed to provide them with a commercial invoice, in excel format. I filled it out, sent it back, then they asked for the recipient's phone number.

I'm really worried the gifts won't get there by Christmas, and I will have one disappointed Tica. If any one has any advice, or any contact info. for someone, it would be greatly appreciated.

The next time that you can't do a personal delivery yourself, you may want to reach out here on CRT to see if anyone else can do the deed for you. Many brothers depart through Miami or Lauderdale.

You need to fill out the commercial invoice correctly. I also advise you to call the 800 number and ask to speak to the international specialist to help you in this matter and expedite it out of customs in cr
