Hey, First off, Happy Holidays to all CRT Gents. I currently have a situation in which I fedex'ed some gifts to San Jose, and they have been sitting in customs in San Jose for almost a week! Since, I usually take my gifts with me, this is the first time I've encountered the issues with sending packages. I was told I needed to provide them with a commercial invoice, in excel format. I filled it out, sent it back, then they asked for the recipient's phone number. I'm really worried the gifts won't get there by Christmas, and I will have one disappointed Tica. If any one has any advice, or any contact info. for someone, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ! |

The next time that you can't do a personal delivery yourself, you may want to reach out here on CRT to see if anyone else can do the deed for you. Many brothers depart through Miami or Lauderdale. |

You need to fill out the commercial invoice correctly. I also advise you to call the 800 number and ask to speak to the international specialist to help you in this matter and expedite it out of customs in cr |
