Gentlemen,

Upon my return to paradise, I would like to be able to give a few select bartenders and staff of the DR (where I stayed last time and will be staying again) a little token of appreciation from the U.S. Although all the bartenders and staff did a great job, some of them really went out of their way and I got to knowing them a little and having a good time with some. Just looking for a few recommendations from the vets on what would be cool to bring them without having to pay an exhorbant amount or without getting on the cheesy side either, just, I don't know, something cool that may not be as available to them over there or something that they would genuinely appreciate.

Also, recommendations for a goodie basket for the room to let the chicas select something from before the real fun begins... you know, to facilitate in a Jedi Mind Trick so that they may feel special and wanted and appreciated, thus reciprocating with "extra efforts". I read ol' JB bringing panties and signature shirts over there (of which many gals are wearing in the pic gallery, interesting enough), but I'm trying to keep it in the "I'm kinda broke but would like to pull this off" level, so simple recommendations that have worked for others in the past would be greatly appreciated.

THANKS

Ruffnutz

Everyone has their shtick but I like to give costume jewelry. $4 at Walmart will get you cute earings or a bracelet that will be appreciated.
I also burn extra copies of Latin CDs that I play in the room. If they like them, I give them the CD we are listening to. I made a Shakira CD that gets them singing and dancing. Totally opposite of the Magic CD but very well received.
I also buy mini candy bars and tell them to help themselves and bring some home also.

I've got to relate this as aside from my regular gal down there I don't bring gifts. Now its Xmas and I've been thoughtful and I've been shopping and I have gone out of my way to find the perfect gift... I give her the XMAS goodies and she is like all with presents going through them etc and she is happy for all her goodies.

SO Johnny Black knows my lady from being out on several dates with me and her and he brough her a little something and the contents of the bag were quite nice some Bath & body type products which were not cheap. WHICH BY THE WAY THANK YOU JB!

Its wrapped nice etc. On top of the bag is a Small little stuffed animal by far between the basket of goodies I gave her and the gifts from JB is the most least expensive item out of a dozen BY FAR!. She held onto to the stupid little teddy bear for two Phucking days and spent 2 hours naming it. DEAP DOWN THEY ARE STILL K*ds AT HEART I vote for the Stuffed animals.

Gman I must admit we had almost the very same reaction with both of our Ladies. <PS: Your Welcome>

My trip was intended to be a surprise Birthday for a Very Nice gal that shall remain nameless. As many might know I tend to overindulge when packing my suitcase for my trips saving room in at least one entire bag just for giveaway goodies <Light Up Beads and Necklaces, Various Gifts for the Incoming and Outgoing visitors>. This trip was to be special for a special reason and I had a custom bracelet made, purchased CD’s, Shirts, Pants, Shoes, Very Nice Perfume, Make Up, Victoria Secret Lotions, Panties, Robe, and Slippers. And a Dog that was part of a Package Deal if you bought $50 or more of merchandise from VS you get this Dog for $15.00.

Now all the Gifts went over nicely, Gift Boxed and then Unwrapped and sealed with a Kiss…. But NOTHING received more attention than that Little Stuffed White Doggie. I was Third Wheel out when it came to that Dog… I even think that Four Legged Stuff <Soon to be Bar Rag> pooch got more Sex than I did this past weekend!

In the DR and at Zona Blue I had brought Smaller versions <Cousins lets say> of Whitey that I had bought at a Local 5 and Dime store….. I really do think I could have negotiated at least a Half Session or 30 Minutes of all out Debauchery for one of these stuffed toys…. Something to be said when these gals molest you just to get hold of your Dog!

I just called my “Special” gal and yes I had to talk to the Doggie and whisper Sweet Nothings before I could carry on with my Gal…. Ruff RuFF!!

I been bringing a big bag of Tootsie Roll Pops. The girls like them and I always ask " Quanto hijos? " and then give a tootsie pop for each K*D. Also small $1 lotions from bed and bath and last time some little gummy rubber rings with blinking "LED" lights. It ain't much but you can tell it makes them happy.

Thanks for the recommendations guys. I stocked up on mini lotions and sprays at Victoria's Secret (now's a perfect time to get them, as the leftover stocking stuffer sizes are being sold at steep discounts so as to get rid of them) and some small stuffed animals at the mall.

Now, how about the bartenders and staff? Nothing cheezy, but something cool and inexpensive (pretty much 2 bartenders and two of the "Guardian of the Tica" guys).

Thanks guys!

I'm with Nhhank. I'm on my last straw, the site is definitely technically challenged. It used to be fast, now it's slow and inconsistent. It's very annoying.

Slow and inconsistent are not the only problems. See my recent post about restoring the "new VIP Gallery.

Panties

They are colorful and cheap if bought in bulk on Ebay. Chica will brighten up when she sees them, and most are happy to model them for you.

J-LOW Perfume. Cheap here at about $24.00. They can turn it for about 90-100.

I know OP was talking about lower end stuff for smaller gifts, but in general, anything with a designer label on it. Ticas are really designer label lovers. CK, Guess, Victoria Secret, etc; big one now is Aeropostale.

On this 1/2 topic: I brought down stuff I got at Goodwill. The unseen ladies seemed to appreciate handbags, scarves, costume jewelry bigtime (not intimate stuff and everything is size-independent). Special stuff for special ones, but a little something for everyone may not have resulted in better service but it sure made me feel good. I stayed in the smaller venues--obviously impractical for, say, the whole Mona Lisa staff.
