Well it looks like Del Rey's Big John is not sitting back in his rocking chair. It appears he has bought a 2nd property in Jaco, the South Beach Hotel I was just by there and took a look around the 34 room facility. Prices of the rooms are ranging between $79 for a standard double to $249 for the Ocean front suite. Price includes taxes and a killer breakfast. They have a huge pool area with a small waterfall. Also, they are doing a lot of renovations to the property and it appears Big John is pulling out all the stops to compete with the Cocal. I was escourted around the property and allowed to take photo's that I will post on the VIP members section. Stay tuned for more info. |

Lucky Dogg- Any idea when this will be up and running I'll be down for Halloween and was planning on 5 days in Jaco before I head to Cuba |
