Well....old Circus plucks up again.

It's around noon today and I'm in Publix shoping for some viddles for the weekend. As I turned into the pet food isle I immediately observed this stunning 30 ish woman coming down the isle. Good looking and a pair of hooters to kill for. As she passed me I smiled and my comment was "Only as a complimet young lady but you cerainly have a nice rack." Geezzzz, the look of scorn twisted her face. Her retort was "you plucking dirty old man." It did't stop there. She immediately left her cart and went briskly down the isle....to the manager's office.

After I check out and headed to my car, an asst. manager and a bag boy followed me through the parking lot. They wrote my license plate number down.

Damn, you would have thought that I grabbed her and molester her over the meat counter. Political correctness is viral.

Well, so far the police have not knocked on my door....yet.

What about freedom of speech?-I guess it could be sexual harassment though--anyway sometimes you can get away with these things, but there are some women with NO sense of humor--Maybe say it nicer like dim your head lights please-- :lol: :P

meh, i think she over reacted but thats really not something a stranger in a store is supposed to say out loud. think it in your mind is different.
i know you clearly had the age difference but its hard to imagine a scenario where thats going to go over well. maybe if its brad pitt.
but even if you are in downtown san jose to blurt out mi gusta tu pechas or some shit isn't likely to be received well.
definitely not a federal offense but imho its something i would only say in a strip club or a whorehouse.
btw did you stare straight at the rack and raise your eyebrows when you said it? :lol:

You might could get away with that if you were in the produce section and saying "those sure are some nice melons" while pointing to the cantaloupes and not at her jugs. Women wear tight tops in order to be noticed and then are outraged when they are noticed.

Not sure if this is a serious post...but if it is WTF were you thinking. Well, I guess we know what you were thinking...but to say it out loud....

You might get away with complimenting a lady on her smile, or perhaps her shoes I suppose...but if you mention specific body parts in that sort of place (grocery store) you cannot expect a good response. In a strip club you would be ok....in a grocery story not. Not even close.

Agree wholeheartedly. We have the "on air" personalities from Wealth Tv come into our family deli for lunch routinely. Two beautiful young ladies come in all decked out in their on air best. Wow! Tens all the way. I am behind the counter taking orders. The other day, I just had to say something. I told one that she was an exceptionally beautiful young lady. She took no offense and thanked me and we went on with providing her food. She comes in every day and it is always a pleasure to serve her.
