It's always nice to wish your favorita/s a feliz Dia de Las Madres. It's big for the chicas in CR--I've even sent flowers. Am I the only thoughtful, considerate, romantic gringo on this board?

That's the tricky part. Saying happy Mother's Day w/o dinero behind the telephone kiss. And there is no way to block your gringo # on an international text. Not sure about voice. I know I can't block my MagicJack # from popping up. So use a drop dead tel # or you will soon be bombarded.

Anybody else ever wonder why in a country of beautiful flowers growing wild (eg, Bird of Paradise) why flowers are expensive in CR?
