It seems to me that several members here have made the "no cien" expression their mantra. I think some clarity as to what parameters they are considering is called for. I am a strong believer in staying away from the cien for one hour chicas.Many of these offenders seem to be the "Colombianas with the sylicone tetas". I often warn our newbies away from these chicas who usually spend even less than an hour for the cien. However I think the war-cry of "no cien" has been overused and may be keeping some guys away from chicas who are the best GFE experiences. Let me ask this question. Which experience would you rather have? (a chica who is a 5 who stays for 45 minutes and is lousy in bed but charges you $50, or a beautiful 9 who is a great GFE,charges you cien and stays for 6 hours) I am fortunate enough to live here so I don't have to pay cien to get a good experience, because I have the time and inclination to scout out the good chicas who are willing to stay for a few hours and don't expect cien. I guess my point here is that if their are "no exceptions" to the "no cien" mantra then you may be missing out of some of the most beautiful chicas that you would ever have the chance of being with for the sake of another $20-30.

great post. I usually look to see if a cheaper price can be had, but cien is not a deal breaker for me. I too would rather get a bit more time with the girl

VB, Estoy de acuerdo. I sorta realized your point on this trip. I spotted another incredibly beautiful petite part timer/student on this trip and we had a great conversation while having some drinks in the delrey. This lady was very sweet, intelligent, interesting, spoke good english and she could understand my attempts at the spanish language.

I was very turned on by her personality and I began with the negotiations. She agreed to everything that I wanted in the session but when I first offered her 30k, she said she wanted cien. I responded politely that cien was too much. She said she always got cien and then I countered with 35k and I held firm due to the 'no cien mantra'.

She passed on the offer and we went our separate ways.
Fortunately for me, I discovered another young, beautiful, student/part timer that gave me an incredible session later that night.

Looking back in hindsight, I should have risked paying cien for at least 2 hours to what appeared to be a true part timer. But then I would have missed out on the other part timer. I think it all evens out in the end anyways.

Now, would I risk paying cien to one of those full time hardcores that strut around thinking they are the hottest women on the planet ? Of course not.

I will keep the topic of this discussion in consideration during my future hunting excursions.

As we discussed this, and just to strike home the point. The Term No Cien is widely mis-used. So we are clear for everyones sake, its the NO CIEN FOR ONE HOUR that every single member of this board tries to push into the newbies brain. As you clearly stated often people are hung up on the no cien when its applying to other situations... 2-3 hours spending time drinks hanging out etc... of course in those situations the cien is applicable..... Good post though.

Good observation LV...not all girls are cien girls...and not all are $50 girls. It can depend on the given night when especially in high season you know the "cien girl" you want will be able to get cien all night long from the market...and you dont want to settle for the 5 or 6 level girl who keeps hassling you. The market price somedays seems to change daily and even hourly sometimes...especially during high season. There are plenty of guys coming here who are used to spending 400-500 per hour with hard core pros stateside and who relatively speaking would rather pay that amount to a hot latina who gives them better GFE...not that we recommend they do that .

Point well taken......a 8 or 9 that's going to give you GFE and stay the night or for a few hours is worth it (cien)

I almost made that mistake myself and believe me I would have missed out on a couple of hot girls. They were well worth the extra dollars.

Guys with a strict "no cien " policy will possibly miss out on an exceptional experience.

I have always stated the "no Cien" was for the one hour only. I always discussed that fact with newbies. I have had all nighters for 60.00 to a hundred...no problemo. Several times for 2 to 3 hours.

Hopefully we all know that the "no cien" is for the the hardcore putas who want to go give you a quickie rubber Phuck with no contact, no passion, no time, as soon as theycan get your drunken ass to C*m or pass out and flee with your money. If she gives you the time and the effort, cien is relative. I've had one hour sessions worth cien and ive had all nighters worth cien or more. It's what you get for the time and the money. One negotiating factor is the more time you guarantee, the less the dollar per hour figure because you take the risk of competition out of it for them. If you take one for several days, 100 to 200 per day is the max in my experience. Reality is most of them will not score every day or night they parade their ass at the Del Rey, so a long term deal should be very r
easonable for both of you. If she doesn't realize that, get another chica.

Your points are well taken but several years back CIEN was unheard of.
Now that many gringos are accepting it the chicas see it as the new standard. I sense that guys visiting for a long weekend or short trip probably are more inclined to pay cien whereas those who are either living in SJ or staying several weeks or more will pass on it and wait till tomorrow. IMHO it's just a matter of time when the DR chicas will start quoting $150 and gringos will pay it or think they got a real bargain at CIEN. I just hope we don't make this happen so soon. No other commodity has increased so rapidly (over 100%) in CR in just a few years.

Forgive me fathers, for I have sinned. Last Sunday I came off the cien for a Colombiana. Her name was Camilla. I'm sure all of you guys who hang out in the DR know her. In fact, I think I have seen posts about her before. I had some reservations about giving up the cien to her but, she is (in my opinion) SMOKING hot. She was a great experience for me. Not rushed and willing to let me have her more than once. Actually had great POST coital conversation. Probably had her for about 1.5 hours. And, I felt good about it. The previous night I had another who I wouldn't have paid cien for a day. It's just all relative. I like the ad for Outback Steakhouse..the slogan is "no rules, just right." Esta bien.
