Just curious: Has anyone here had a "Summer of 42"? That probably is a bit old for a number of you gents since the movie came out in 1971 staring Jennifer O'Neill. The movie/ story dealt with a young teenage boy having an affair with an older woman who was on a vacation island waiting the return of her husband from world war 2. He never made it home. The movie was very moving and reminded me of my affair at 18 yrs old with a woman who was 27 and married. Yea, I know this site deals with CR ladies but it would be curious to know if you mongers had this experience growing up. Domestic mongering is something that a number of us has practiced prior to going south of the border. The older woman was a treat to our sexual desires. As for myself, I have never forgotten that woman and the pleasure she afforded me. I still see her in my thoughts after over 50 years. Not to mention her husband threatening to shoot my ass. Could explain why I look over my shoulder when taking a Tica to a hotel. |

Yes I did Circus. I was 24 at the time and the lady was 51. I don't think the term MILF had even been invented yet. She was a cashier at the grocery store at one of the big chains. We just hit it off. I had a crush on her no doubt it but never took it any further and really didn't know how even if the opportunity had presented itself. I was shopping one late afternoon and I saw her with the hood of her car up after she had gotten off work. Turns out she had a dead battery but had no jumper cables. Long story short, after getting her car started, she invited me to her house. I was nervous to say the least but of course I took her up on it. She was sweet beyond words. I have the fondest memories to this day of this woman. Undoubtedly I make comparisons to her even though it is obviously unfair as no one can compete with a ghost. She will always have a place in my heart as many times during the intervening years I have wondered if I would ever find someone as sweet, kind, and tender to enjoy those kind of moments again. Perhaps the expectation is too high after all these years, but I have not found someone that gentle and loving in the past 40 years. As an aside, after reading all the admin posts and admonishments over the past year, I was told by a friend that the board had gone back to being half way civilized. I was never a prolific poster, but I just left a few years back because the tirades and BS overwhelmed the useful info. I'll give it a try and hope it works this time around. Hugh |

Yes, I picked up a 35 year old "deployment widow" at NAS Oceana "O" Club. I was 24 at the time. Attractive woman, but a nut job. I parted ways shortly thereafter. |

Wow, The Summer Of 42. I haven't seen that movie since the 1980's on the late late show in New York City when I was a teenager. I wondered what happened to stars of that movie. I know Jennifer O'Neill went on to have a decent career but whatever ever happened to the male lead played by Gary Grimes? |

Gary Grimes was last in a film in 1976, film called "Gus." Grimes retired from show business in the late 1970s, still lives in Los Angeles and has remained out of public view since that time. "I got to the point where the work wasn't up to the quality that I wanted," Grimes told American Profile magazine in 2011. "I'm very happy in my decision. As for Circus: There was a wonderful feeling being bedded by an older woman when a teen. I relish it to this day.Perhaps it made you more of a man or it made you think that you were. It did open an early chapter to my life in sexuality. Unfortunately, it put me on a a number of years banging married women and living those years in danger. Thank goodness I quit that shit before I was shot and killed. And it did come close. Advice....don't go down that road. Stay with the chicas in CR or other countries. When you leave the airport on your way home....you leave your troubles behind you. Case closed. |

Hello Circus, Netgems here again. When I was 19 and renting a house with 2 of my buddies, I was going to college and working part time. I had an ex girlfriend from high school, Betsy, one of my first bangs ever, maybe my third, move in with us. We were just friends then and she had her own room, wasn't doing any of us, paying her rent. Her parents, who I knew from high school days, did not approve of this arrangement in 1973 and got her an apartment, furnished it and agreed to cover her rent. Mom came over to get her and her things, Betsy being ditzy wasn't there. Me and her mother, a stunning 40 year old, sexier than her daughter, gathered her few things, loaded it up in her station wagon and brought them to her new abode. I knew the mom from high school, and I knew her relationship with her husband was bad, sleeping in separate rooms, some couples did that back in those days sometimes as divorce was still looked down upon in some circles. We had to carry boxes of her items up a flight of stairs, and after 3 or 4 trips we were done. To my surprise, Betsy's mom was sitting on the bed rubbing her shoulder complaining about having pulled a muscle. she asked me to massage it. I was quite the lady's man at the time for girls 17 thru 19 but was absolutely terrified of her. This lady knows MY mother...what if Betsy showed up ?? What if her dad showed up ??? Even though my car was there, I couldn't stop for it with him on my tail. Youth and vigor finally took over and I sprinted home, about 4 or 5 blocks away, still carrying the vacuum cleaner. He couldn't pursue more than a block and didn't know where I lived. When I showed up gasping and panting with the vacuum, my room mates wondered what the hell was going on. I had already told them of the mother encounter which they didn't believe. I told them what happened and they almost pissed their pants they were laughing so hard, they now believed it. A couple hours later Betsy called and chewed my ass, she had figured it out that it happened on moving day, she told me she hated me and never wanted to see me again. I never heard from, nor saw her or either of her parents again. For a few days I was terrified my mother would get wind of this, these parents all knew each other 4 or 5 years from my high school days and traveled in the same circles, in fact my mom and Betsy's mom were once closer friends when we were in high school. They had each others phone numbers. My mom never found out and for many years I thanked G*d she didn't... |
