I have a CLARO number, and lost the phone. I know that a new card comes with a new number, but is it possible (has anyone heard about) to have CLARO transfer the number from the old card to the new one?

I know the contacts are lost, but I hate losing my number.

Don't know for sure (about Claro) but I asked once at Kolbi and was told "not possible"!!!! I will ask next time I am close to a Claro store.
