It's just so damn funny I couldn't resist. I dabble on a couple of internet dating sites and just had to post this actual profile. I haven't edited it, and the CAPS are hers....you can just feel the contempt oozing out, she is a 39 year old South Florida gal, never been married, no K*ds.... OK, FIRST I AM GOING TO ASK YOU TO PLEASE READ MY PROFILE ALL THE WAY TO THE END BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO WRITE TO ME, I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH IN 50 MILES FROM MIAMI, DEAL? ok, then I'll do my best considering I am not too big on writing: I like all kinds of foods and activities (I am also a great cook), love music (except rap and heavy metal). IF YOU REVIEW MY CRITERIA ALL THE WAY TO THE END YOU'LL HAVE A PRETTY GOOD IDEAT IF YOU MIGHT BE IT, THREE DEAL-BREAKERS HOWEVER: SMOKERS, ADDICTS AND MEN WITH Ch*ldren (I think you single dads are great but it's not for me), ASIDE FROM THAT HERE IS THE TRICK: If you can make me laugh, are not afraid to express your feelings and emotions, be tender, AFFECTIONATE and behave like a GENTLEMAN. Know what you want and how to get there/it, even if you are not there yet, you've got me interested. Communication, Chemistry and Passion, not just sexual,but passion for life and for who we are etc. are also key. I'm not into men that are just looking to have fun. I can get plenty of that without an ad!!! I give a lot, but don't get me wrong, I also expect as much in return, fair isn't it? The good news, it's not all or nothing, I'll trade some good for the bad!!!! And By the way, of course it helps if you are cute, the attraction HAS to be there...=) P.S. Goal, lets look at the other side of coin. About a year ago, I posted a F looking for M generic ad on one of the internet dating sights using a picture of a favorita from CR. You know, the usual 35 y.o SF, yada, yada, yada. Within seven days, had to delete the ad because of all the responses; over 350 emails and to many winks to even count. The emails were basically the same, desperate pleas from desperate gringo's looking for a hot chic to date, marry. mate with. It was funny at first, but soon became pathetic. Couldn't even go on line because of all the instant messages from guys on the site. What was the purpose of this experiment? Well, wanted to see what the competition was like. Found out competition for a nice guy like yourself was basically non-existant. Funny thing though, Got me to thinking how lucky we are to have Costa Rica and other destinations south of the border. Knowing I slept with the chica in the ad many times and understand that she will be there whenever I return to CR gives me a deep apreciation for our little hobby. Papa Nut |

Thanks for that, Goal. Now I'm depressed. Reminds me of so much horse shit I've heard before. Notice how she said she could get plenty of "that kind of fun" without posting an add? So many women are proud of that shit. Thank god for dinero, the great equalizer. I'm not saying women have it easy. I wouldn't trade places, but they certainly have the twin advantages of 1.) a less "pressing" sexual drive and, 2.) they can get it any time they want it. Woman: "Make sure you do all these things correctly, the way I expect, be my fantasy man, and I'll consider boning you. Man: "Shut the phuck up already. You talk to phuckin' much." |

YO Papa Nut: Did you finally get to meet a real hunk guy......hmmmm...har har. No wonder old Circus never gets a reply from those dating sites......all those phantom profiles floating around out there. I got a reply from one about 2 years ago from a Hag that ran a biker bar in west Fla. She must have had 50 tatoos on her body. That beast was scarey. NO, I still did not get laid. A little over a year ago, a close friend of mine, created a phantom profile ad on a well known dating site. The profile depicted a 48 yr. old physician, comfortably retired, with photos attached of a blond, blue eyed hunk guy with a toned body. The phantom doctor was looking for a very attractive young woman for a travel companion and possible bearer of his Ch*ldren. GEZZZZZ, he was flooded with replies from all over the world and from many women in the US that looked like they just stepped out of Playboy. There is an abundance of gorgeous women out there, along with the gringa baggage they eventually bring, that are available for the right guy. Unless that guy is an ugly, smoking, drinking, fart blowing poor old slob like Circus. Shit, I'm depressed again. |

lemme guess.....39 and never been married, no K*ds??? sounds like a lot of 30-something women in my circle of friends. they date so many men and instead of simply enjoying the companionship, they spend every neurotic waking moment analyzing whether he passes all their little relationship "tests".... whatta miserable existence it must be. |

At the risk of sounding like an "evolved, sensitive male", I'm going to have to chime in here and say that this profile didn't strike me as being all that bad. After all, this woman is looking for a relationship - which, in our female/family-centric social structure, means (among other things), at least an implied guarantee of sexual exclusivity. If I was seeking the same, I'm sure my profile would include a lot of similar caveats. Funny thing is, after experiencing CR, I'm not seeking a relationship. |
