This list helps me once in a while. I think you have to be very fluent in CR spanish to figure out all of the abbreviations Ticos use. She just sent me one, figured out most of it, but no clue what DTE means. An others not listed in the above link may be useful to the board.

Please don't tell me if DTE is bad news!
