http://boxcorreos.com/boxcorreos/ from today's AM Costa Rica ebay purchases gets shipped to Miami with all the duties and stuff precalculated and then to your CR address or PO. Have to open an account with them. Saves you the trip to Zapote, so it says. |

Unfortunately what is doesn't say is will they be any cheaper then Aerocasillas, Jet Box, etc. and if their service will be as efficient. Aerocasillas offers the exact per-calculated service and guarantees the price. They are very efficient albeit a bit pricey. They also offer a service where you can use their U.S. credit card if the shipper requires one and you only have a C.R. bank credit card. Will be interesting to see how this works out. I hope it does as it is always good to have an alternative. |
