Maybe double-speak just sounds better in Spanish, but I have to admit to being impressed by how Queen Laura handled herself in this interview. Dangerous topic to be discussing here but here's a TicoTimes article saying de facto decriminalization in CR is the policy because of lack of jail space--the same argument advanced in the US: http://www.ticotimes.net/Current-Editio ... ch-02-2012 P.S.
