Actually what would be helpful is not only assisting this Brother but listing 2-3 good ticket agencies that others have used for this type or sporting events. We're known for service and info-sharing, right?

Baseball, If I'm not mistaken, all the premium seats for that event are long gone. You can go the scalper route, but I would try to do that before the event.
