Read this in today's Inside CR, but only mentioned tonight, but looking at the press release from ICE, for lack of a better word, it appears for 2 nights. Live chatted on-line with ICE just now, yep, 2 nights, Wed and Thurs nights, down for repairs 8 pm-4 am.
Get your ducks in a row. On the other hand, once the word gets out, the haunts may be unusually full knowing that their best customers can't get in touch with them.
Not so for Claro or Movil sims, unaffected, assuming you are calling or texting someone with one of those non-ICE sims and not an ICE-Kolbi sim. Edited for clarity and spelling. Also, unbelivably just got a follow-up email from ICE chat fully explaining what's going on.
