Heading to Guanacaste for first time in a couple years. We need to create some network of Ticas that are willing to travel to the outlying areas to take care of us. |

You have a better chance of seeing Jesus ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Many are willing to travel, but unless YOU know them and have experience with them, its a bad idea - just taking a ramdom chica away for a few days when you don't know her is a really bad idea - And while I'm on bad ideas - and not saying this is the case with you, because in the "network" you mentioned maybe you think they all can or should be Costaricans - if you are saying "Tica" to refer to working girls, as another word for prostitute - don't - its highly insulting to Costa Ricans - simply means Costa Rican female. You may find what you are looking for at your destination; just nowhere near the amount and selection in San Jose ![]() |

"We" ![]() ![]() Not "we"..... YOU!! ![]() There are more than enough chica's around who are more than happy to spend time at the beach with you, but establishing that network is totally up to you. And it doesn't happen overnight, or through a monger's forum. IMO, you gotta do your homework with "boots on the ground". If you've got a few, several or dozens of trips to CR under your belt, you should have plenty of numbers of chica's to contact, and set up something. But if you haven't spent any time with a chica, or have no history with the chica, then that can be a recipe for a miserable trip to the beach. Plant seeds throughout your trips, then the company you keep on your future trips will fall into place. Personally, I would not want to spend a weekend at the beach with some chica whose name was on a "willing to travel" list on a monger's forum. Perfect example: My wingman and I are flying down to CR tomorrow (Guanacaste) and spending a few days in Playa del Coco. We've got a couple of favorita's (from San Jose) taking the bus and meeting us at the beach on Thursday for 3 nights. But these are chica's that we both have spent time with on previous trips, and they know what's up and they know we're gonna have a good time. Don't expect to be spoon-fed on CRT. Get out there and make it happen! Pura Vida, MG ![]() |

Do you approach every subject with a negative response or is that just your nature ? I have been to CR 12 times and know my way around Costa Rica. However I also know about 3 guys Business guys who are used to networking, I guess, and we share info and phone numbers on some girls. Networking saves the trial and error portion of the fun. For some that may work , for others not so much. I will take into account your respect for the Costa Rican women and adjust my comments in the future to not connecting the two. See that is what would be called a positive reply. You kind of remind me of an employee who everytime a subject came up he always found a way to respond with why it cannot be done rather than to throw in some positive ideas. After about 5 times doing that, his manager informed me that he told him his services were not longer required. I agreed. |

Frankly, yes - I could have responded even more negatively, kinda the way Mucho Gusto did (yet you comment only on my response - we really said the same thing; I found his response harsher than mine to be honest w/ you) There is a difference between being negative and realistic - a network of girls who want to travel - even if was possible - is not going to work for the reasons I mentioned - my 10 is someone elses 4 - the fact that someone may wish to travel, is great - the key is will you have a good time with that person - the answer is in the vast majority of cases no - and you don't need to take my word for it - so much "evidence" exists and its there for the taking if you have the time and inclination to use the "Search" function. The fact that you use a business analogy was not lost on me; I spent 33+ years in corporate America - but the fact that you even think of remotely comparing the two tells me you don't know the chica mind set - and I mean that not in a nasty way. The fact that you can share info on a particular girl w/ a friend is lots different that taking her on a road trip - for that to work you have to "know" the girl. Finally, you say 12 trips and know your way around, yet you use the term tica as a general one for prostitute and introduce a topic that would strike many as, well, to be kind, somewhat naive, unrealistic (read Mucho Gusto's response again - he's a guy with a ton of boots on the ground experience, and his response was similar to mine). I really am not a negative person ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Why are some people so sensitive? If you get all upset over an harmless internet forum remark, how do you manage to go through the ups and downs of everyday life? ![]() There's nothing any of you fuckers can say or write about me that would make me upset or lose 2 minutes of sleep over it. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I dunno....I thought OPs question was pretty reasonable. Perhaps instead of the network thing "does anyone know any girls willing to travel and 'hang out' with me is playa del coco for a few days" would have been better. Don't worry OP, you still have 11 months for someone to claim the "dumbass post of the year" title from you. Have fun on your trip. |

I wouldn't want to take some random chica based on a monger referral. Yuck. Kinda takes even the slightest amount of normalcy out of the interaction and turns it into a straight up business fugg. I'd rather jack off for free. Vince |

I have had some good times in guanacaste but more so problems with the chicas. And I do spend time in SJO before my trip to find a good date. K*ds are the biggest snag I figure, there is always some drama at home..... For me I should try to improve my game. Fiedler |

Glad you clarified that ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This concept that they (girls) might be human beings and have different feelings towards different people and if you don't know them its a really bad idea to travel together is a difficult concept for many to grasp ![]() |
