With the new enforcement of the laws discouraging perpetual tourist status in Costa Rica, I was wondering if someone could give me the cliff notes version of how long one can stay in other countries on a tourist visa--and what the border run rules are there.

Colombia - You can stay in the country of Colombia for up to 6 months per calendar year on a tourist visa.

A buddy sends me a newsletter from time to time from a company called invest overseas. He just sent me a good comparison between Medellin and Panama City. Pretty detailed and talks about residency and banking too. Anyone interested, pm me and I'll forward it to you.

To be specific it is not shots it is a yellow fever shot and it must have been administered at least 10 days prior to you seeking admission to Costa Rica.
