Last year during my first trip, my buddy and I were in the elevator on the way up to our rooms to get ready for the night at the DR. There was a family in the elevator - a father, mother and teenage daughter. They had just checked in and they got off on our floor. As they were going into their room, we heard the father say "Honey, you and <blank> get settled in. Daddy's gonna go for a little walk".

910 Guy. I think I remember that guy. I saw him returning and walked by his door when he was getting reamed out. I think I remember him saying "No really, I walked down Avenida Central and got turned around. I thought I was coming back but ended up going the wrong direction. Then somebody tried to rob me and I chased him down the street for 5 blocks....that's why I am so sweaty. Oh, those scratch marks on my back....it was quite a struggle. Yes...he bit my neck too!"

Astro, you forgot the rest of the story.. Well after I ran 5 blocks I was all out of breath and some guy insisted that he take my blood pressure to make sure I was ok... I had also scuffed my shoes and while I'm getting checked out some guy in a hugo boss suit, takes my shoes to shine them... So here I am getting my shoes shined, my blood pressure taken, and some guy with a bucket and strings attached to is is singing you are my sunshine, to me..... Then I end up in the wrong hotel where the air condition drips on me outside, I have to buy a box of these great cuban cigars at a great price.. then after after 30 minutes of walking around and figuring out we don't have a casino in our hotel and I must be in the wrong place, I am chased back down the block by some burned up K*D, and crazy beggar ladies..... THank god I made it back....... Tomorrow I'm going to walk it in the daytime so I don't have it happen again.

Got to give it to you guys. Very creative and clever post.

But, allow me to clarify the story... I saw him get his shoes shined, his blood pressure taken and being harrassed by the Cuban cigar salesman.

He walked a few blocks north towards Parque Morazán and suddenly was being chased by some trannies who were screaming "¡Papi, papi, dame tu leche!"

The trannies caught up to him, scratched mark his back and bit his neck as well.

That's my version of the story, but I could be wrong!
