Does a CDMA phone have to be unlocked to use on another network? I'm wanting to buy an lg chocolate touch from verizon. I want to use this phone for ntelos. The lady said it should work but she's not 100% sure. I'm wondering if I get this phone with no contract from verizon off of eBay, will I be able to use it on ntelos? Or will the phone have to be unlocked? The phone is a CDMA phone just like ntelos. ___________________________________ keyword research ~ keyword tool ~ keyword tracking ~ affiliate elite |

With CDMA, your best option is to have the new carrier (nTelos) flash your phone with their software to get it to work with them. Not all carriers will do this, so I would suggest you ask them before buying the phone. |
