Everything I have heard about Hollywood is that it's a major rip off joint... not just high prices, but padding the bill and making threats of violence if the customer disputes the bill. It's not the only such place, of course, just one that has been mentioned several times.

Maybe the VIP section needs a clip joint list, not just an MP and bar list? But then, I suspect the VIPs already know where to avoid.

It has been that way for a long long time. When I first came to CR in the early 90's I had a friend who lived in Sabana Sur about 2 blocks away from the place. He warned me about it then but some how they seem to stay in business.



Hollywood has been identified in numerous threads here about padded bills and threatened violence to collect those bills. But I notice more and more new VIP members who most likely never saw those threads and know little about Hollywood and the other clip joints so I think your idea is a good one.

Yes, definitely a good idea; the only way you know about Hollywood is if you are a long time visitor to SJ Strip Clubs; Unfortunately I knew about them.
