Good query . This is exactly what transpired.
1. The 19 year old girl was denied entry.
2. A gringo talked to the Del Rey management on her behalf and explained that this is now their policy.
3. The gringo got her in a taxi and took her to the SL where she was issued a card and went straight for the pool table which lasted about 8 minutes before she was invited by a guest to the mansion wing.

It's only interesting if it happens to more than one girl. The girl in question might have had a problem with the decision maker of the moment at the DR. Who knows? The anecdotal evidence is only indicative if there are several reports of the same thing. I guess we'll see what happens.

Del Rey has been going downhill for years. They are obviously at the tipping point now with the shotcallers in this country. They are probably looking for anything to shut the place down. One und***ge girl with her older sisters ID will do the trick. Obviously they are doing what they can to stay open and salvage something, but their days are numbered apparantly.

Doubtful, as long as there are horny old men and hot young desperate women. And, there is no shortage of either.

One girl gets denied admission (for whatever reason) and it's doom and gloom for the HDR.

It is not uncommon for rumors to spread here but I think my reputation is far from that.

I am not saying it's all "doom and gloom" as 99.3% of my post are very positive unlike many of yours lately.

Maybe a tourist or newbie will not know the difference but someone like myself that can spot a newbie from 100 feet will, and notices in a day or two when things change.

If you take my post in a positive way then someone in town now may know to look to other venues if they don't see what they are looking for at the Del Rey.

Last time the Del Rey did a policy change, I sat eating lunch at the Deli bar, and watched them turn away Melissa because her skirt was too short for the day time. Melissa is one of the hottest and best girls at the Dey Rey.

I am not there as much as you and maybe there is a change. Every time I have been there, the place is rocking. A bar business like that is very high profit margin. There always seems to be plenty of casino action. I have no idea what their occupancy rate is but assume they do well there. By outward appearances the place is a gold mine.
