I think you mean Eddy, and if I'm not mistaken he was in a few of the photos.

On the other hand, the prices are out of control, but I guess they are catering to a special client.

The place looks beautiful.

I wonder if the place is open for a drinks without being a member?

Well, the bar is open to the public according to management. At this time you rent the entire place, but room by room rentals will be available shortly I was told. Nice property, could be pretty sweet if promoted the right way.

...

If you are referring to Crazyhorse's post, I think he means Eric, as he said. Eric owns the Executive Suites, which are right by the Mansion. Did you notice they don't have the address of the Mansion on the website?

If you divide the six night package out by the number of suites that comes to 416.00 a night per suite. Build it and they will come as the saying goes. Price figures to half again the Hotel M price.

They better have damn sweet Chicas, ultra-luxe spaces and total discretion for that price. Not that I wouldn't if fortune should strike...Actually there's a ruin of a mansion across from the old Nashville South that could be equally sweet...you know the place I'm talking about? Near about as ruined as my face but with better structure?

I've been in it once. It's near some cool apartments, about six or eight blocks west of the SL. A Tico aquaintance rented it for his daughter's wedding and reception during one of my visits.

It's a beautiful place, but no one in my circle of friends is likely to rent it for a vacation.

The low season price for renting the Secret Mansion is $1,500.00 which when divided by 6 is only $250 a night. That is reasonable for what you get.

The bar is open. I was just in there and the drinks are priced right. The entry is on Avenida 9 just east of Calle 3.

Going to the city on Saturday or Monday for a couple of days. Am going to try and check it out. Met the guy who renovated it last year in Jaco. Nice guy. Told me that there was an underground tunnel which connected this mansion and quite a few others. Apparently, in case the working class ever rose up against the rich... haha Have seen the website and it looks pretty nice...
