No. Down for maintenance my ass. I believe that they purposefully shut down the site because they want a bunch of numbers to expire so that they can re-issue them because they are probably running out of numbers again.
I'm just guessing, but how can a site be down for "maintenace" for a month for the second time within year. Thats a lot of maintenance. Their developers should go work for Google.
There are exactly 20 million telephone numbers with an 8 or a 3 as the first number. I don't know how MUY TICO can run out of numbers when there are only 4 million people in the whole country. And tree huggers are probably against cell phones because they pollute the atmosphere or some shit.
