The Clarion was closed by the tax authorities due to ongoing financial issues. If you have an outstanding reservation either through me or otherwise, I can assist you with other alternatives.

I have heard of business closures for other reasons before but never for taxes. I thought that avoiding taxes in Costa Rica was the nation's second most popular sport, coming in behind the number one sport of theft of anything and everything. :lol:

Except for the Caja payment which is similar to payroll witholding in the states, they will shut you down for that in a hurry.

The casino got worse and worse and worse. Then they fired everyone and made it even worse.
