Satellite Jerry, who many of us expats knew passed away this week of heart failure. He was best known as the satellite guru who set up the American programming at the Sportsmens, Time Out Tavern and the Dunn Inn. He also was responsible for the systems for several large sportsbooks. He spent the last few years living in Escazu.

Sorry to hear that, Jerry was a good man. Had his name on my to do list to call after Semana Santa as we need Satellite work in our restaurant space in the next few weeks.

My condolences to his family and friends.

May Providence welcome him.
