He is a cool guy early 50's and he is retired Army so I assume he is a man of the world. I've hinted to him there is some "Thailand-type action" in Costa Rica. We are in the same company but not palled around. I've told him what happens in CR needs to stay in CR. We both fly into San Jose around 1PM and I recommended the Presidente, I am at Delray. I figure take him to early dinner at Machu Pichu, show him the 5PM Blue Marlin Happy Hour, then put him on the 8AM Friday tour van to Tabacon and we fly back to Miami Sunday. I didn't think I should show him any Massage Parlors until I get his reaction of Blue Marlin. I think the MP's could seem rather seedy to a newbie. And he'll have nothing on me but hanging with my Buds at Blue Marlin. I enjoy paying back and showing new guys the sights, just not sure if he has an opinion on P4P and I don't want to give away the fact I am down there for Non-Rainforest motives ![]() Any thoughts? |

If he isn't into to it then your rep at work will be screwed. They proabably wonder why you go to CR 5 times a year and now they'll know. I would recommend that you feel him out a little more before you bring him to the BM. If he's not at all into it then I'd suggest that you and he become eco-tourists for the weekend. |

goal; Don't forget to teach him a little Spanish - phases that can C*m in handy while negotiating at the DR. Also, most of the MP's we frequent really arn't that seedy - are they? LVSteve PS: Its always fun to watch his mouth drop open when he first enters the DR - Don't let the flys get in. |

Goal; Try to get to know him a little better. Ask him about his tours in the Army, such as where he was stationed, what he did for R/R...by the way, is he married? Try to find out if he goes to strip clubs in the states, if so, ask him how he feels about spending money and basically getting nothing more than a lap dance. If he has been to strip clubs, see how he feels about being able to get more than just a lap dance, if it were available. It might be better to stay at the same hotel, at least he won't feel like maybe he is being left out of something. You mentioned Thailand...has he been there, if so, what part? ShyOne |

Okay Guys THANKS for your back channels and posts. The positive side is if he and I monger in CR then I've got an office ally for life, the negative is if he doesn't approve then Snooky is right I could be screwed at work. He and I are both single, he visited Thailand but with a Thai girlfriend, also he is a Republican lol. So...I'll get him checked into Presidente and walk him around Avenida Central and watch his reaction to the civilian Ticas. Probably hit early dinner together and unless he begs me to show him the monger scene I'll meet you trollops at 5PM Thursday Happy Hour without him. He can hit the sack early for the 8AM Van Tour up to Tabacon on Friday. I'll let you know how it goes you are right it is fun to watch a newbies reaction to the Blue Marlin. ShyOne wrote: Goal;

You are staying at the Del Rey and he is at the Presidente, right? Invite him to have a drink with you in the hotel bar. When he goes there and meets you he will say: "My God...I think there are HOOKERS in this bar!" You will turn to him and say...."No....I had NO IDEA!" After a few minutes one will come up and grab his crotch and he will say to you: "My god....I think she wants to Phuck me!" You will say to him...."well you are probably right. I won't tell if you won't tell." Trust me...he will go with her. Anywhere she leads him. Then, you both have one on the other. Nice protection. If by some strange chance he gets uncomfortable and wants to leave....I guess you leave with him. What a shame. |

This guy is retired Army and had a Thai girlfriend AND he's been to Thailand? Give him the benefit of the doubt, I don't think he's a virgin. |
