What are the best places in the gulch for karaoke, anyone?

I believe Saturday night there's karaoke in Joe B.s bar, half a block downhill from the Presidente. They used to have Karaoke Thursday nights at the Baja Beach. Be prepared for a lot of heart felt but horrible singing of Spanish language ballads.

If you are interested in actually singing yourself, both those places can be rather hard to break into the 'rotation.' I was able to sandwich in one tune in about 3 visits to Elvis. Not a bad place but a bit of a clique.

Bilko: I agree, and Grammis out in San Francisco is even worse. I like to go on a Wed or Thur night, usually had no trouble getting into the rotation then.
