Does anybody know? As a U.S. passport holder can I stay there for 90 days, go away for three, and come back for 90 more? |

This link outlines the requirements for U.S. citizens entering Nicaragua as tourists. Like Costa Rica I doubt that you will find any official publication dealing with the issue of "perpetual tourists".
