I was able to use this today to prepare a 2 page legal document and my attorneys asked what other attorney did my translation :!:

Yea Google translation is a good starting point but there is no way that it is not very very obvious to a spanish speaking reader that it has been run through a translator. You might get lucky with a line or two but anything longer than that it would be very obvious.

It is still the best online translator I have seen.
