Last evening a chica old friend came over to me to say hello. I haven't seen her for quite some time. We chatted a while and I said that it has been a long time since I have seen her. She responded that she has been away for 2 years. I asked where she had been........ Jaco,quepos,or possibly Limon. NO she responded........ JAIL. She says she did 2 years for killing 2 people while driving drunk.

A white haired guy was pointed out to me (gringo) last Jan. He had a wreck while doing coke and i think killed one woman and another lost her legs. A little cash was paid and no charges.Or something like that.
