Read a funny post about newbies bringing flowers to putas and generating some laughs (many laughs) but it brought to mind the questions - Are there any reliable florists that you can call from the states and get decent delivery service for the metro san jose area. There have been many occaisions when I have wanted to send flowers to a favorita or a sick friend etc. and didn't have a good resource. I once tried to send flowers by FTD and it was a total disaster - the bouquet was overpriced by double and they were never delivered. I did get a credit back to my amex. Looking for any good resources here.

Hey guys, I use Galadia.com I believe the prices are cheaper, but I could be wrong.

They ship the same day and have a great communication system. They email you when the order is on the way, and will email you when the order gets delivered.
