Born In Oxnard California April 3,1960,James Lived In Ojai Calif for 12 years Along with his family,Mom,Dad, four Sisters and one Brother, James a middle Ch*ld Was Inspired by Merle Haggard At Age 10,James Family Moved up To Exeter Calif, North Of Bakerfield in 1973 Where James Kept Learning His Craft, Playing around the Clubs In Tulare County,In 1981 James Formed The Group Roadhouse and Signed With Pike Records and Recorded three Albums ,Roadhouse toured thru out California, Nevada and Arizona.In 1988 James Moved to Bakerfield and Met and Played with great Country Players Such As Clint Strong,Don Markham,Kenny Walter, Ernie Lewis, Gene Moles and many many more.
In 1996 James Moved To Nashville, Playing his Music Down On The Famous Broadway In all The Clubs and Met and Played with Alot of Great Players.
James Has Recorded A New Album , He Is happy to be able to share it with You! Available on Itunes and many many different Site, You also Can Buy his CD out right by Going to Amazon.com And To myspace.com/JamesGetman.

I see it somewhat differently than Brother TimBones, as I've enjoyed Mr. Getman's playing many times and wondered about his bio. He's always appeared at 2 dead-solid CRT Sponsors, so I'm inclined to give this a free pass--this from somebody who among the first to call down bootlegged advertisements.
