It has happened: ScotiaBank now charges a transaction fee ($1.50+) when using the CapitalOne ATM card. The $0.00 days are over at all the banks now I rather suspect....

Charles Schwab CC's do not charge any fees, either foreign or domestic, for ATM transactions... In fact, if the ATM's bank charges you a fee, Schwab reimburses it... |
