Is there any other place in central America that has a place like the DR? I'm just thinking about how the hell am I going to get away again... Gotta love it!

UK, Yes but no. The DR is unique in Latin America. Its kind of a beacon for mongers and girls in need of a fast buck. That said, however, there are lesser DR's in a few countries like: Tequella Rock in Lima Peru Blacks in Buenos Aries Platyinum in Buenos Aries Help Disco in Rio 4x4 in Rio Centaurus in Rio Again, none of these compare to the Del Rey, but each is unique to the mongering scene in its own special way. Not in Central America, but do not forget where a lot of chicas that work at the Del Rey come from Dominican Republic. Including Astro's Crystal  Best mini DR's are in Sosua and Puerto Plata, on DR north coast. In Sosua--- 4 Roses Bar, next to Plaza Europa Hotel is a grear deal.  2-3 great discos also provide a great choice of chicas Palace Hotel is a mini-micro Del Rey with a dozen rooms , great ambience, and about 8-10 'hanging out' chicas. In Puerta Plata--- Crystals , Mountain View, Boehms provide a bounty of chicas : Check with Jimmy DR, king of CR on the board for more detailed info and pics. If you think the DR/BM is the greatest place on Earth because you have a hooker bar and a hotel on the same premises, well then maybe it is somewhat uinque. Personally, I don't stay at the DR so that aspect does not mean so much to me. But as far as hooker bars are concerned the BM is dwarfed in comparison to places in other parts of the world. I can personally attest that you could easily fit 5-6 BM's into the space inside the Help Disco in Rio, which is purported to be the largest disco in all of Latin America. And if you go to many other "monger" places in other parts of the world you will find several "BM's" sitting right next to each other. And as far as MP's are concerned the termas of Rio and the MP's of Bangkok have either ZB/NF/Idem/Oasis etc. beat hands down. What CR has going for it is proximity to the US, respectable whorticultural attractions as well as the many other attractions that draw traditional tourists. Just don't get to carried away with the place. |

I hate airplane trips as well Zigmonger.The 4 hours nonstop out of Dallas makes it look awfull good to me plus I like soo many outher things Costa Rica has to offer.If I ever get to where I can travel 2 or 3 weeks at one time I would like to try the far east an Rio.On places close to home,Dominican Republic mentioned earlier does have a couple or places where hotels have girls on site.I know of Blackbeards near Puerto Plata which is a small resort hotel right by the beach with a nice bar and restaurant and it is quite reasonable though girl prices are a bit more than prices out in the local areas but certainly cheaper than Costa Rica.THe Palace in Sosua also has girls on site and you can roam the bars in town for action at night with plenty of action available.I would say the variety is not as good and probably the quality as well.It is awfully convienent form the East Coast but Costa Rica is easier to get too from Texas.For beach lovers Dominican Republic has beaches as good as I've see in the Caribean and they are far superior to any I have found in Costa Rica.rbc100 |

Lets clarify a few points here and be more specific. When referring to the Delrey hotel I mean it as a hotel with a casino, a restaurant and a bar with working ladies (blue marlin). And even a big plus at the BM is that there are many ladies from several countries represented here. If we go by that definition I don't think that there is a place in central or south america with that combination. Then again I could be wrong. Other places that were mentioned in previous posts do not have the total package. Centaurus, 4x4 are termas ( a bar and massage place with music and food only). Help disco is just that...a huge discotech and nothing else. And all the ladies are Brazilians. Hopefully we talking about the same thing.

What caught my eye was the Help Disco being characterized as a "lessor Del Rey." That prompted a from me based on much I have read, assuming we go to Latin America to score with independant hookers. I can see no other reason to go to C.R. over many other tourist destinations unless you are a nature buff... Food as good as the Del Rey resturant can easily be found stateside (major understatement) as can gambling. Having a hotel on premises is somewhat of a plus but the rooms are not as good a value as others, chica fees are high, and I have never had a chica that seemed to have any problem with going to a nearby hotel. As to nationalities, well, the vast majority in that part of the world are some combination of African, Native American, and Spanish or Portuguese so that makes little difference unless as it relates to culture and the cooresponding good service. And again, from what I have read, the Brazilians are hard to beat there. Help a lessor Del Rey? Sounds like a much greater Del Rey with more price flexibility ta boot. But it is harder to get to...

I noticed from this old thread that Colombia wasn't mentioned. Was El Castillo and Medellin in general "developed" more recently? As well as Cartagena for the Spanish-fluent? Still a valuable thread. |

Well, to date I have no experience in South America however I can speak about SEA. For me living in Florida, It takes me 25 to 35 hours for flying time. Just to much and hard of a flight in those tiny seats. However, in Thailand, you will feel like a K*D in a candy store, both inside and out of the bars. In Bangcock, it is easy to finf p*ssy just off the street and inside stores and restaurants (non working girls). These girls mostly want to hook up with Americans to come to the USA so they are easy to hook up with. Wild in bed also. In the bars, so easy to score. The dancers will just take you right into the mens room and service you in the stall if you wish or you can go back to your hotel room. I personally like Vietnam. For me, I love the culture and the women are so beautiful. At times I would have 5 or 6 women just following me around the street to meet me (in some of the tourist places). Over there if you can't find it free than you have problems. Also you can pay for it. Much faster to pay but free is even better since they are truly trying to please you. I actually had a hard time finding places to pay. There are a few, but not many. Costa Rica is very close for me. I will start going there for weekend trips as I just can't seem to quit being a nasty whoremonger myself. The more I get, the more I want. Funny how that works. |

SafaDino is right. There is no place like Delrey in Latin America which is a hotel, a casino, a restaurant and a bar with working ladies. There many places that have a few things in common with Del Rey, but not quite the same. Following is a list of some of my favorite places. (starting with Central America). If you need addresses or more info, let me know: 1. Fresh Kiss, Unosol and Lips in San Salvador. 2. Caprichos and Men's Club in Guatemala City. 3. 4 Roses Bar in Sosua 4. La piscina in Bogota. 5. Loutron and Miel & Canela in Medellin 6. Casa del Dr. Amor in Cali 7. La Dolce Vita in Cartagena 8. Extasis & The Doll House in Quito 9. Tequila Rock in Lima 10.
