negotiating in dollars in english is easy, but how to do the same in spanish. whats 20,000 or 30,000 in spanish? Never learnt large numbers in spanish :D

Thanks Bilko. I click on cien and told her sesenta. Damn girl would budge. Every time I clicked it, same result. Must be Colombian software.

A calculator is one good answer but so is writing the amount on a bar napkin (I'm not being a smart-ass--I've done it, and for that reason, nearly always carry a pen or Sharpie).

20,000= veinte mil
25,000=veinticinco mil
30,000= treinta mil
35,000= treinta y cinco mil
40,000=cuarenta mil
50,000=cincuenta mil, :)
