This morning I was walking in the lobby of the big office building where I work when I saw a very well-built woman in a tight skirt and low-cut blouse.
She caught me staring and gave me one of those "You're disgusting!" looks that north american women always seem to give men when they catch them looking at their boobs or ass.
It made me yearn for the Latinas in CR, who, when they catch you looking, give you a smile and one of those "Don't you wish you could have some of this?" looks.

And women at home ask me why I go to CR. I want to say: "To get away from gringas."

That is exactly what I say about why I go anywhere. Tijuana, CR, Thailand, etc. I always have the same answer. To get away from gringas. Anytime I see a gringa, the acronym FUG enters my mind. phucking Useless Gringa.

I sometimes look at young gringas, but it always makes me think "Man, I can't WAIT to phucking get back to San Jose!" :mrgreen:

I, too, find gringas useless. CR, and other Latin American places has really ruined them for me. I rarely give them a second look, avoid going to strip clubs with my friends, and particularly just seek out Latinas. Funny thing, there was a time, in my younger days, where I was more into gringas, and now I am completely disinterested. I really like the exotic-ness of the latinas, and of course, the awesome attitude. I can't wait to go back.

i also went to strip clubs and threw money at girls.Since my first trip to CR(2006) i have not been in one.If i went in one now i would probably throw rocks or tomatos at them.

I have never been with a gringa. I find them repulsive. I started out with asians while I was living in Hawaii and stayed with them ever since. I do enjoy a latina every now and then. All I do is take a stroll thru the local wal-mart and look at the fat, gross gringas stuffing their mouths with doritos and ice cream bars and know why I will never phuck one of their fat a@@.

As most know I'm an avid gringa lover, something about that blonde hair, tan skin, blue eyes, and long legs that make me a sucker everytime.. :oops:

This is a tired subject and over the years I've come away with the same conclusion, (mostly by reading more detailed responses)

So guys actually DO like gringas as well, BUT, no longer can attract the 20 something crowd. Not being attracted to gringas their own age...latinas now seem more alluring.. Could it be because we can have them in their 20's,19,18..?

From previous responses, this seems to be the case. So often times when this subject comes up..some of the responses leave me feeling they have sour grapes....

Just sayin' :|

For me as an "older guy" I have to say that in p4p gringas, thai, latina etc. are all equally enjoyable.
What you pay for them is where the catch lies. For me it goes as follows:

Gringas (US) - $250/hour

Gringas (Europe) - $200/hour

Thai - $40/hour

Latinas - $60/hour

Again this is for me and YMMV. TLN is not being considered to keep things simple.

First off you are a latino and as such (and as everyone knows) you look at Gringas as something different just as gringos look at latinas as something different. Secondly, have you ever had the displeasure of living with a Gringa for any length of time?? Have you ever even had a serious relationship with one?? Latinas also have their flaws and we Gringos tend to over look many of their flaws because of the "something different" syndrom. I have known many Latinos who did the same with Gringas! I have 2 Gringa ex wives (one for 25 years) and dated many others over the years and I never knew even one that was not an angel, sweet, and loving, till she got her hooks in you!! Have known Latinas that were the same way!! My attraction for Latinas has existed for over 40 years, and has to do with the fact that they are in general, more loving, more caring, more affectionate, less demanding, less dominating, less "bitchy"! It has nothing to do with age per say--my last wife, a Colombiana, was only 3 years younger than me! Yes, any man, once he passes a certain age tends to want a younger female (you have not reached that point, YET!); she makes him feel younger, and who the hell wants a female of any nationally that looks 50 or 60 (my ex Colombiana looked less than half her age).

As for as older Gringos being able to attract younger Gringas, yes it is less likely because of differences in culture in the USA compaired to most latin countries. But it is possible!! Even an old fat fart like me can on occasion manage to do it. The last Gringa I dated (I was 62) was 25, had a graduate degree in Science and worked as a DNA Replicater making way above the average income (six figure). Would I have ever married her? hell no, it was strickly a sexual thing (she was a nympho) and I could not stand her over baring, self centered, "I am always right" attitude!!

When it comes to dealing with the opposite sex, there are NO absolutes! Yes, I am sure there are some Gringas that would make a man an excellant mate; that are totally willing to meet and fulfill a man's wishes and needs on a more or less equal bases, but as most Gringos know, the odds are stacked against finding such a female in a Gringa. Gringas are raised by mothers who want their daughters to be totally independant and in control of their own lives and never dependant on a man. They grow up watching their father bow down to his wife and think that is the way it is suppose to be. This is not the case in latin countries--men are men and wear the pants in the family and latinas are raised to expect the man to be the "boss'! Sadly Gringos have no right to complain--they have, over the years ALLOWED THEIR WAY OF LIFE TO BECOME WHAT IT IS!! JMHO, and sorry guys if some of you do not like hearing the truth!!

Maybe some guys (like me) just prefer the way Latinas look (they're a spectrum I know) and act. Guys who like white girls but not Gringas should look into women from the former Soviet Bloc countries, just like guys who like Asians should probably head to Asia, etc.

My response wasn't directed towards you and I hear what you're saying but I gotta feelin' my thoughts on this are correct. And yes, of course I've lived with gringas for extended periods of time.

I also agree on the opposite attraction you speak of, so is this soley the reason why I like gringas but most don't? Hmm, not sure about that..

But you're right, the same issues you have with gringas, you can have with latinas. Actually we've heard some pretty bad horror stories involving guys and latinas down there. So often in fact it should make gringas look good sometimes.

But I think the totality of this premise lies with my last post. Just the way I feel I guess. I mean if the same guys were closer to Asia instead of Latin America, we'd be hearing how much better Asian women are the gringas :roll:

I don't doubt you could pull whatever you need to, but when the dust settles...that's why most move on from gringas, I'm convinced :|

P.s. we can't really help what we are attracted to right..? We love them all but each of us has our own tastes.. Will that change for me in 25 years? I doubt it, I'll just have to adjust...
