From the in-house dyed-in-the-wool romantic--"I loved her even more as she was putting on her blouse."
Don't know that I'll have occasion to speak this phrase but hope lives eternal.

How about........

"I couldn't have asked God to bring me a lady as beautiful as you, because until I looked in your eyes, I wouldn't have known what to ask for!!"

You guys are really romantics. I am such a claude; my closing line is: "How much?" Only kidding.

Good lines I will probably plagiarize them.

One I like comes from a motion picture: Your face is like a poem, soft, warm, gentle, radiant and loving.

1. Al vestirse su blusa me enamoré a ella más.

2. No podía pedir a Dios traerme mujer que tan bonita como tu, porque hasta te vi las ojos no sabia a la que debiera pedir.

I don't profess to be an expert, but those are my best shot at your phrases. I hope that they work out for you.

You might want to think about googling the word "piropos" or "piropos de amor" to learn more phrases like this (and some a little more crass).

I appreciate all y'all Brothers responses. I thought I'd be setting myself up for some horrific slagging--instead you took it seriously, got my point, and answered honestly. Kudos to all.
