You will have to discuss that with me, El C, since I am their manager (10%  ). They are in the process of learning some Doors and Animals tunes in order to impress upper management. I believe for the 3/5 show the Big Cheese is in town. I'm with you guys. I'm talking you up everyday to the Head Honcho. I sit in with Peter everytime he and I are in town at the same time, and I also sat in with another group on my last trip. What can I say? I am a musical whore. Ah...the Animals. I remember them well. 'House of the Rising Sun' has to be one of the most 'righteous' rock n' roll songs ever! Actually, the song was written in 1933! While many people/bands have covered the song, it was the Animals version that made the song popular. The opening guitar riff is classic. Eric Burden was still touring as of a couple of years ago. I saw some concert footage on Youtube. It was sad. The guy is about 70 now. Anyway, sorry for 'hijacking' the thread. |

It's amazing how many rock, country and jazz tunes have dealt with the topic of p4p.
