What roads should i take to get to the Montes De Oro area. Supposedly about 120 kilometers west of San Jose. Will everyone just be waiting in the streets to greet me LOL! or should i look for something in particular?

The Montes de Oro area is a canton in the Puntarenas Province just NW of Esparza. Its principal town is Miramar which is located just a few kms off of the PAH (the Cuatros Cruces exit is the next major crossroad after the turnoff for Puntarenas). There are buses leaving SJ (from Calle 12 betw. Ave. 7 y 9) at 7AM, 8AM, noon, 4:30PM and 5:40PM which take 2.5 hrs to get there and costs 1840colones. From the looks of things on the satelite map, Miramar/Finca Las Delicias seems to have at least 30-40 city blocks, so I wouldn't expect EVERYone to be out on the streets to greet you. Maybe just the stray dogs.
