The typical girl in the gulch has most or all of the following features, which they think make them more alluring and beautiful:

Bleached blonde hair
Lots of makeup
Smoke
Silicone augmentation (usually super size)
Tattoos
Cheap perfume and plenty of it
Piercings
Short legs
Big asses
No waist (very thick from hipbone up)
Cheap ridiculously "sexy" clothing

In short, they look exactly like low class prostitutes.

I left the United States to get away from women who smoke and have bleached blonde hair, silicone, and tattoos, in search of natural Latin non smoking beauties with black hair, little makeup, no silicone, no tattoos, no perfume, no piercings, long legs, slim asses, small waists, and conservative clothing.

I walk thru the Del Rey and Key Largo every month or two just to check out the latest crop of Latin ladies. The normal result is that none of these ladies even come close to having the natural beauty that I like. They all look like prostitutes.

I have often heard Americans talk about how beautiful Ticas are. I don't see it. I walk down Avenida Central when the secretaries get off work and observe the normal Costa Rican young women. Occasionally I see a pretty one, but not many. Even those that are natural usually have short legs and are thick in the middle with no waist. Did you ever wonder why so many Ticas wear high heels? Because without them it is obvious that their legs are short.

Yes, occasionally I do find a true natural Latin beauty, but they are very rare.

I'm not a fan of silicone, and too much make-up, particularly lipstick, turns me off. That said, there were plenty of fine chicas to choose from. Massiel comes to mind. (Damn! Now I'm all horned up....)

Agreed. Tats are kind of a turn off for me, but I can put up with something that's not overly big.

As far as natural beauty goes, in December the first girl I spent time with was 21, next to no makeup & just stunning. Not my normal type, because she was an A cup, but her face was so beautiful I had to pull the trigger. She told me that it was her first time in the DR, that she had tried it once, but left after half an hour. Whatever the truth of that may be, she was FINE.

Last girl of the trip was a Nica...older than most, but beautiful face, & perfect body for me. All natural, & the thick black hair that only Latinas have. I'll be seeing her again in January.

You can find the naturally beautiful ones, but it does take a little extra effort.

Its an evolution of culture thing.
That generation, almost anywhere you go has a fascination with being liberated; tattoo's, piercings, and odd clothing are the easiest ways of expressing.

I guess I'm a bit easier to please, but I do have the preference of the innocent girl next door type oppose to the ones whose appearance just screams they've been phucked by everyone and anyone.

But perhaps if your looking for innocence and natural beauty you should go to a less commercial scene. The whole Del Rey is like the dog pound. Everyone for themselves. Its still competition and standing out (bigger tits, fuller lips, the wild dragon tattoo, tongue ring, shortest skirt, etc ) are what make or break getting chosen.

If you want a girl that looks like a girlfriend then maybe you should get a girlfriend, and not a prostitute.

There are those types and I dont like them either. But there are many looks and types of women in the business down there because it is such a large scene. If you dont like that type I suggest getting out of the del rey which is where they hang out. The girls at the massage places and the sportmans are far less hardcore in appearance and not that many have the quintessential hooker look that you dislike.
I strongly dislike that look and I manage to find several real gems on each trip.

It's true that most of the girls are not our idea of "perfect". Since most of us and not looking for love at a whorehouse, that is fine. Why go through all the trouble of finding a "perfect" girl just to turn her loose in a few hours.

The "fixtures" at the usual haunts are not representative of the top shelf girls. Many of the prettier girls don't "live" at the Rey or SL. Some of the best girls establish a regular clientele and rarely go looking for new guys as they do not work all the time.
