Brother VB gives good advice--though Louisiana has drive-thru daiquiri-selling shacks all over the place and loose enforcement of no-driver-drinking laws so drinking drivers are nearly everywhere.

I believe Brother Del Rey Dave is correct about the clips, but it originated with Phil Harris.
