I K*D you not, tonight on my way to Escazu from the HDR in my car, I was stopped by transito police 5! times. Each time they spent 10-15 minutes trying to tell my photocopies weren't good enough, that I didn't have a stamp (it was the new printed one), that they didn't know anything about the new stamp, etc... Twice I was stopped at checkpoints, three times in drive by's.. They are really looking for that bribe money to get their christmas shopping done. |
