Rosetta Stone is not compatible with Windows 7. I own Rosetta Stone, but I upgraded my computer to Windows 7, and it no longer works.

I called Rosetta Stone, and they told me that they don't support Windows 7. You can't even install the software on a Windows 7 computer, because their software doesn't recognize CD-Roms on Windows 7.

Luckily, they take returns within 6 months of the purchase date, so I did get my money back.

If you have no intention to use Windows 7, this is a non-issue... but if you do it will be a hassle.

Mule Dick - Download the free Window XP Virtural module at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx. It 's a free download and will probably work. It works inside of Windows 7.
