There are not only 2 more months to go they are the two rainiest month of the year on average. September 12.00" and October 11.80".  First half of November also can be very wet. The rainy season has been drier then the past couple of years so far.

That has been the general consensus when i was down early august. BUT it was HEAVY rain every single day when i was there. Just my luck i suppose.

I do not know where you were in early August but I live about 5 klicks from the gulch and we had very little rain in early August. |

I think it was the 4th thru the 6th those days where it was sheets of rain coming down from 2-5pm. |
