that post is all about Fear and Loathing, but this time i'd wager, in san francisco. otherwise, how to explain the sighting of ms red. she is due to hit the road soon and leave her abode in the city of the golden gate. anyway, i believe the post describes a full meal of red meat, a night of drinking and carousing, thrashing fools, searching for the unobtainable and puking disdain upon the tree hugging customers at some toney mission district vegey joint...and ending waking up probably along the water at seal rocks beach. so, in the words of The Duke "There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die. " |

I'm all the way with Brother C'dude on this one--our resident poet/ philosopher busted out wide with this one. A keeper fo' sho'. Now about that Federal holiday thing--could be; they shotgunned 2 of our best President's Birthdays into one generic holiday--President's Day (so business doen't get disrupted, natch)--yeah, right, like I'm gonna be thinking deep thoughts about Warren G. Harding and William Henry Harrison whilst scrubbing toilets on that day. It wouldn't be a bad idea to throw Cinco de Mayo in the mix either--Euo-centric white folks can't have all the fun. |
