Once I get past the selection stage and get the girl to my room, then the real performance begins. If she was good during the interview, which at this point I hope to be competent enough in what I should be doing to have picked right, then I should already be turned on when the real action starts. The biggest thing I find as a turn on is a girl who acts like she really likes what she is doing.
