I have read accounts of a healthy mongering climate for non Americans in Cuba. Now that the govt. has eased restrictions on travel there, a whole new scene could develop there depending upon the Cuban govt.'s position. Then again all money is good money. |

The scene has existed for years. It developed almost immediately after the Russians cut them off. I was there 3 months after they cut them off but, the scene was just beginning. Things used to be better than they are now. I remember a day when the girl would hang out with you all day for a meal and a pair of shoes. Today it is all about the money like everywhere else. CubaDave is likely an expert. Hopefully he will have more to say. |

Pegasus - If the “mongering climate†is healthy “for non Americans in Cuba†how is the mongering climate for Americans in Cuba? Do you stay in hotels or in homes when you go there? |
